Painting and Writing can lead us on an inspirational journey, are wonderful forms o​f self expression
and creativity, and they can be deeply healing and a spiritual practice. 

About the Workshops: 

Heart Centered Creative Workshops offer a nurturing time of immersion into the ​creative and healing world of Painting and Writing as a Spiritual Practice. 

Connect with your heart and experience deeper levels of yourself and your creativity!  ​​​Be supported to paint and write freely and to embrace your gifts and your uniqueness. ​

This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to open into a beautiful and intuitive free flowing painting and writing process. Some people experience the painting and writing coming through them - where there is a surrender and a "handing over"...and some describe it as a form of prayer or meditation. For others, it is about nourishment and relaxation.

Painting, writing, music, meditative and reflective processes are included in this workshop.

Please note: This workshop focuses on painting and writing in a free flow, intuitive style and Painting and Writing as a Spiritual Practice and are not skills painting or writing workshops. No prior experience or skills in writing or art are needed ​and ​you do not need to share what you write or create.
