Writing can lead us on an inspirational journey, give us guidance and be deeply healing.
​It is a wonderful form o​f self expression and creativity and can open us to deeper levels of ourselves.

This workshop provides a safe and supportive space to experience and immerse into a beautiful and intuitive
​​free flow writing approach. Be supported to write freely and to embrace your gifts and your uniqueness. ​

Art, music, meditative and reflective processes are also included in this workshop.
